Coaching Services and Programs: All payments for coaching services and programs are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the program or attend scheduled sessions. Due to the individualized nature of coaching services, results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction or failure to achieve desired outcomes.

Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. If you choose to cancel your membership, your access will remain active for the duration of the paid billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. As digital products are delivered instantly and are non-tangible, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided under any circumstances.
